10 Remarkable Benefits Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings To Our Mind And Body

10 Remarkable Benefits Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings To Our Mind And Body; was created in concordance with my past blog post, Sugar Madness & That Sugar Film.

Needless to say, that after almost 2 years I started this health Journey, and a Sugar-Free Ketogenic Lifestyle included; I find myself feeling like a  person who fights for a world without sugar consumption in it.

Thanks to the fact that I’ve first hand experienced this benefits, I think I will always fight for a world without the consequences of sugar consumption and for a world that is more focused and more energized.

I always try to relate personal experiences, recommendations and scientific investigations relating the subjects I talk about on Bizarre Day.

Therefore, I thought about coming up with 10 Remarkable Benefits Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings To Our Mind And Body

Remarkable Benefits Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings To Our Mind And Body

1.- Improve our Mental Health and May Help reduce Mental Health Disorders Symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety Disorders and associated.

10 Remarkable Benefits That Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings Up To Our Mind And Body

Like I previously said in my past Post Sugar Madness & That Sugar Film; sugar added consumption and processed foods with hidden Sugar, are highly linked to mental illnesses such as Depression and Anxiety Disorders.

Some of us, constantly find ourselves that, when consuming sugar; we get the Sugar high in our brains to then rapidly Crash into the Sugar Lows.

Subsequently experiencing all this withdrawal symptoms.

These symptoms and the craving for a new sugar high, will make us repeat the cycle with bigger doses of sugar each time (just like a heroin addict or alcoholic).

These symptoms can increase Anxiety Symptoms and leave us more vulnerable to experience depression symptoms, when the lows Crashes.

When we reduce our sugar intake, we reduce all this toxic cycle of sugar high and sugar crash. We tend to feel calmer, more awake and less prawn of this unbalanced rush of hormones.

I believe this is one of the most important aspect of cutting out sugar intake.

It directly means, that It will help us feel more happy, calmer and safe.
2.- Better Pancreas condition and Diabetes Prevention; so, Bye Bye to Diabetes 2!!!, Even if you have diabetic predisposal.

“A diet with lots of fast-digesting carbohydrates, like sugar, requires the pancreas to release lots of insulin, meal after meal, day after day,” Dr. Ludwig. (health nutrition)

When you lower your sugar added intake, your pancreas does not have the need to overuse Insulin to process all the excesses of processed foods and sugar.

Your insulin levels stay normal and overall, you leave room for your body to function with normal sugar levels.

Remember High Sugar Levels in the blood, are the ones responsible for several diseases. Especially Diabetes 2.

By taking care of what we eat, we give good bases to have our body working in the most efficient way.

3.- Stay Younger, For Longer.

Did Anyone Say, Enternal Youth?

Well, No, actually no one did.

But at least we know now that by cutting out a few behaviors like Sugar added intake, we slow down the aging process.

Studies have shown that, sugar added intake as well as a lack of control of Processed foods consumption that also contains hidden sugar, can also lead to reduced elasticity and premature wrinkles because it impacts the functionality of the collagen.

Sugar Intake helps the glycation process to happen.

And what is Glycation?

A Molecular domino effect, that hinder the repair of your skin’s collagen, apart from other problematic situations, such as overall inflammation.

High Blood Sugar Levels is directly related to Glycation.

4.- More Energized, More Focused.

Your body uses alot  of energy in this cycle of sugar highs and lows.

The necessity to normalize your blood sugar levels with insulin and all the spikes of hormones and processing leaves you exhausted.

Like I Previously said, this complicated and exhausting process happens multiple times a day.

Cutting Sugar Intake and processed foods with hidden Sugar, will help your body to not only normalize all levels and functions but actually distribute your energy more efficiently in other activities during the day.

The amount of energy your body uses in normalizing the crazy sugar in our blood will be better used into other activities during the day, making us calmer and more focused.

Now, who wouldn’t want that nowadays?.

5.- Abdominal Fat? The Hell No!

10 Remarkable Benefits That Sugar – Free Lifestyle Brings Up To Our Mind And Body

It is not a secret that, sugar intake in ways like sweet beverages can help up with those extra pounds in our belly.

Abdominal Fat is quite dangerous.

Also Known as visceral fat, these fat cells deep in the abdomen are the riskiest kind because they generate adipokines and adipose hormones—chemical troublemakers that travel to your organs and blood vessels, where they bring on inflammation that can contribute to conditions like heart disease and cancer.

Cut back Sugar Added Intake and Processed foods with Hidden Sugar, and your risk will be reduced tremendously.

6.- Dental Health, For sure

As we were told since little by our older relatives, Sugar is indeed a major cause of dental disorders.

Clearly cutting back this substance will help us improve our Dental Health.

7.- Reduce Inflammation in the Body, yes yes yes and more yes.

I always reiterate how we truly need to be relieve ourselves from Inflammation.

Inflammation is related to most aches and pains, and also has negative effects on the immune system, feeds yeast and contributes to growth of bacteria.

Unfortunately, Sugar consumption triggers Chemical reactions that promote this inflammation, so by a Sugar-free Lifestyle; you may quickly notice a difference and improvement in how you feel overall.

8.- More Mental Clarity please!

Not only cut back sugar intake can help us with mental health disorders symptoms, but also enhance our mental clarity.

Studies have shown a link between Sugar and memory Loss with the inability to concentrate.

Sugar is the cause of disturbances in the brain’s chemistry.

The consumption of Sugar added and processed foods with hidden sugar, contribute to nervousness and negative thoughts.

9.- Cutting back Sugar Consumption will Boost your Immune System

Sugar robs nutrients from the body needed for its metabolism, so nutrient deficiencies such as osteoporosis, anemia, and immune deficiencies are all influenced by sugar consumption.

The immune system itself is affected by sugar as it inhibits the release of growth hormones when it raises insulin levels.

It also utilizes its white blood cells to clean up waste products left behind by sugar instead of having them fighting bacteria and disease, as is their main role.

Sugar–and its ability to cause inflammation–is involved in conditions such as dermatitis, hyperactivity, indigestion and related.

Cutting back on Sugar will let the body functions work efficiently, allowing us to properly absorb the much-needed nutrients.

10.- Healthy Happy Liver.

Have you ever heard about Fat Liver disease?.

Research shows that sugar intake is just as hard on your liver as alcohol. _who would have thought right?_

A diet high in added sugars can even lead to cirrhosis (non-alcoholic).

Just so you know…

Cirrhosis is fatal without a liver transplant.

And no, it does not only happen to Alcoholics,

but also on people who consume way too much Sugar or processed foods with hidden Sugar, can cause fatty liver disease, which is when fat builds up in the liver and slows down liver functioning.

Sugar added in our diet, can also lead to scarring and inflammation of the liver which is not only painful but can cut of important blood flow to the liver.

Worth it? definitely Not.
