I wanted to highlight Dear Reader that we are basically; chose these recipes out of craving; it is not our intention to bring these keto friendly delicious recipes from south America although it gives just the right energy to our kitchen I must say. It is merely out of cravenness for good, fresh, delicious meals that can be made quick, low calorie and taste amazing!
Therefore yes! As you can imagine; here I bring this Super Quick and Delicious Keto Guacamole recipe post that I find more than perfect to bring.
Guacamole is an original recipe from Mexico; and I am sure most of you have had the amazing experience of tasting this yummy recipe in its original form.
I mean; Guacamole is already naturally keto friendly since its main ingredient is Avocado. And us; ketoers see avocado as the whole grail basically jajajaja.
Best fats ever; full of fiber and great creamy yummy taste, makes avocado one of our main ingredients in all of our meals if possible.

Personal Experience
One of the main difficulties when we started this keto journey my husband and I, was to actually have gatherings with keto friendly meals that do not feel that Not keto to other people/friends around us.
So, this whole Keto Guacamole treat came up because we are organizing this gathering called “taco night” in our house.
Keto Guacamole obviously is a must for us. Turned out to be fresh, soft and easy to prepare. Good for anytime of the day really and perfect for sharing.

Let’s move on to the recipe shall we?
Ingredients for our Super Quick and Delicious Keto Guacamole
- 4 large avocados
- 30 G tablespoons sour cream
- 20 G Cream Cheese
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tbsp avocado oil extra virgin (or olive oil extra virgin)
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper more or less, to taste
- 32 G cup cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
Preparation for our Super Quick and Delicious Keto Guacamole
- Slice the avocados in half and carefully remove the seed. Scoop the flesh out into a mixing bowl using a spoon. Mash the avocado with a fork to the consistency you prefer.
2. Stir in the sour cream + cream cheese
3. Dice the onion. jalapeno, and cilantro. Add to the bowl of avocado.
4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze one half of the lime into the bowl.
5. Add the cumin and salt and stir to combine.
6. Taste the guacamole and add more jalapeno, lime juice, and/or salt, as needed to get the flavor you prefer.
7. Serve immediately.
